From Samaria to Galilee:
The road from Samaria to Galilee passes thru Genin (Ir-Ganim), then to Tell Yizreel
(Jezreel), into the valley of Yizreel (Jezreel). Jesus, on
his way back to Cana, may have passed through this place
where an ancient trade road connected the south and the
north.
The photo here is the view from Mt
Precipie, south of Nazareth. A section of the valley of
Yizreel is seen. The steep hill in the background is Mt
Tabor. This is a typical Galilean scene, the fertile valley
with the hills around it.

Jn 4: 43-44: "Now after two days he
departed thence, and went into Galilee. For Jesus himself
testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country"
